MGMT 4710 -- Strategic Management is the capstone course in the BBA curriculum at the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. The course covers firm performance, external analysis (macroenvironment, 5 Forces), internal analysis (resource-based view, process perspective), operations-level strategy (BPR, TQM), business-level strategy (low cost/differentiation/focus), corporate-level strategy (M&A, restructuring), hypercompetitive strategy, structure and control, and leadership.
